Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Handle inbound inquiries related to MBBS Abroad and Study Abroad programs.
- Explain university options, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Schedule counselling appointments for admission advisors.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Required Skills

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Any Graduate (Preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
