Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Interior Designer to join Reno-Bath as a Principal Designer. This role involves leading and guiding our existing renovation design team, handling client interactions, participating in site visits, and representing the brand through social media content when required.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, leadership qualities, communication skills, and confidence in client-facing situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the existing renovation design team
- Review and guide bathroom design concepts, layouts, and material selections
- Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present design ideas
- Conduct site visits for design discussions, measurements, and execution coordination
- Coordinate with sales, execution, and estimation teams for smooth project delivery
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically strong,



and execution-friendly
- Stay updated with modern bathroom trends, finishes, fittings, and materials
- Occasionally represent Reno-Bath in social media videos, project walkthroughs, and brand content
- Assist in improving design processes and overall customer experience

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in interior design or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of residential interiors and space planning
- Leadership or team-handling experience preferred
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in client-facing and on-camera interactions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software
- Strong aesthetic sense and practical execution knowledge

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
