VoltzTools is seeking a motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing robust client relationships, and achieving sales targets across industrial and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B customers through field , cold calling, referrals, and online lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain healthy account relationships.




- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM or Excel.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales (Industrial Tools, Hardware, Electrical Products, Machinery, Construction Materials, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
