We're Hiring: Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise customer invoices across PAN India.
- Follow up on customer payments and collections.
- Calculate attendance and process monthly payroll.
- Handle salary processing for PAN India operations.
- Calculate TDS and ensure timely challan payments.
- Prepare and share GSTR-1 data for GST filing.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Verify PF & ESI data before statutory submissions.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Process vendor payments.
- Record purchase bills and bank categorization entries in Zoho Books.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Intern/B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).




- 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll processing, and accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
