About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging design and brand development. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense and prior experience working with product-based brands, preferably in hygiene, personal care, cosmetics, or baby care categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and visually appealing product packaging (labels, boxes, pouches, etc.)

Develop and maintain brand identity across all touchpoints

Create marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, social media creatives, and website visuals

Work closely with marketing, product, and production teams to ensure design alignment

Understand product positioning and translate it into compelling visual storytelling

Ensure all designs meet print and production standards

Required Skills:

Strong experience in packaging design and branding

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign

Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design

Knowledge of print processes and packaging materials

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar tools)

Experience in FMCG / hygiene / personal care / cosmetics / baby care products

Understanding of e-commerce creatives and digital marketing assets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of relevant experience in product-based companies or design agencies

Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work

Creative thinker with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
