Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage GST compliance, statutory filings, accounting transactions, and ERP-based accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST regulations, return filing, bookkeeping, and accounting software/ERP systems while ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and other applicable returns).
- Reconcile GST data with purchase, sales, and accounting records.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, and ledgers.




- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing (if applicable).
- Maintain financial records in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and ERP workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
