Job Title: General Duty Assistant – Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled General Duty Assistant (GDA) Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students in the healthcare support domain. The trainer will be responsible for both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring students are job-ready as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for GDA students
- Deliver training as per curriculum and guidelines (NSDC/SSC aligned if applicable)
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals
- Maintain attendance, training records, and reports
- Provide soft skills, grooming, and interview preparation sessions
- Ensure discipline and positive learning environment in the classroom
- Coordinate with the placement team for student employability

Eligibility Criteria:





- Graduate/Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field
- Certification in General Duty Assistant (GDA) / Healthcare training preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in training or healthcare sector
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)

- Robust interpersonal skills
