Front Office Executive

We are looking for a front office executive who serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, manages reception operations, and provides daily administrative support. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling phone systems, and coordinating office logistics.

Core Responsibilities :

- Reception Management: Greet clients, issue visitor passes, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle general email and chat inquiries.
- Mail & Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and couriers; prepare outgoing shipments.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and record meeting minutes.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and reorder office supplies,



stationery, and pantry items. [

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven corporate experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office hardware (printers, scanners).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, polite demeanor, and robust problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
