Key Responsibilities-

Manage and lead a team of 25–30 Collection Executives.

- Monitor daily team performance and ensure collection targets are achieved.

- Guide, coach, and motivate team members.

- Handle escalated customer cases.

- Track collection metrics and prepare reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies.

- Conduct team briefings and reviews.

- Coordinate with management to improve strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in Collections/BPO/Voice Process.

- Experience handling 15–20 employees is mandatory.

- Fluent Hindi required.

- Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a plus.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
