Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage projects from concept development through site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and prepare design concepts.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers to ensure accurate design representation.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and ensure design compliance.
- Resolve site-related design issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, revisions,



and meeting records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and presentation software.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and coordination with contractors.
