About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quantity estimation, cost analysis, and tender documentation. You will play a key role in preparing accurate estimates and supporting the successful execution of government infrastructure, landscape, and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and Detailed Project Report (DPR) quantities.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Estimate costs for government infrastructure, landscape, and building projects.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, bid estimates, and technical submissions.
- Conduct rate analysis and quantity verification to ensure estimation accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams during the estimation process.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CPWD DSR, UP PWD SOR, and government estimation procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.




- Experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with precision while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (Freshers with relevant academic knowledge are encouraged to apply).
