Key Responsibilities

- Debt & Capital Raising: Architect and execute fundraising via term loans, working capital limits (CC/OD), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), and securitization.
- Lender Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, alternative investment funds (AIFs), and debt funds.
- Transaction Execution: Manage end-to-end deal lifecycles from pitch decks and financial modeling to term sheet negotiation and documentation.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, Companies Act, and regular credit rating or lender reporting requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA in Finance from a top tier institute.
- Experience: 5 to 15+ years of relevant experience in treasury, debt capital markets, or corporate finance within financial services.
- Skills: Robust financial modeling, negotiation capabilities, and an established network within the banking/lending ecosystem.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
