Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential building. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, resident satisfaction, and efficient maintenance of all common areas and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential complex.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for AMC and maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, lifts, fire safety systems, and water supply.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and consumables.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, expense reports, and MIS reports.




- Ensure compliance with fire safety, statutory regulations, and society guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and recommend improvements.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Organize emergency response procedures and coordinate during emergencies.
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance records, vendor contracts, and compliance certificates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
