- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle GoldenGate.
- Strong knowledge of data replication and real-time data integration techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing data synchronization processes.
- Familiarity with database management systems and performance tuning.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust software solutions.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
