- Handle procurement and purchasing activities for mechanical and electrical materials
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers
- Maintain a strong vendor database for timely sourcing and procurement
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material procurement
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange purchases accordingly
- Ensure quality and specification compliance of purchased materials
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply issues
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports
- Develop cost-saving strategies through effective negotiation and vendor management
- Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical field is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills required
- Knowledge of industrial materials, equipment, and procurement processes preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors simultaneous

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
