We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive-Male(Fresher) to support day-to-day accounting and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Tamil, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with bank deposits, cheque processing, online banking, and reconciliation.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense records.
- Perform data entry in accounting software and Excel.
- Support GST/TDS documentation and statutory record maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-up.
- Organize files and ensure accurate financial records.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data entry).
- Valuable verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
- Familiarity with bank-related activities.

- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any accounting software is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Commerce/Finance
