Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Running Account Bills, and Final Bills for construction projects.
- Prepare RIB bills and ensure accurate measurement and documentation.
- Handle quantity take-off and prepare BOQ based on drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Measure and verify work executed at site.
- Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills.
- Check and certify subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost variations.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item statements, and deviation statements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for measurements, drawings, and billing requirements.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, BOQs, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist in tendering, estimation, and contract-related activities.
- Ensure billing is prepared as per project specifications, BOQ, contract conditions, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams regarding billing and quantity-related matters.
- Prepare regular cost and quantity reports for management.
