- Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer – UI Builder & Workspace

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize applications using ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Configure and enhance Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces.
- Develop and maintain Playbooks to streamline business processes.
- Configure and support Remote Support / Remote Help capabilities.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, UI components, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices.
- Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills





- 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Experience with Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces.
- Hands-on experience in Playbook Configuration.
- Knowledge of Remote Support / Remote Help capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional certifications in ITSM, CSM, or UI Builder are a plus.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
