Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed assessments and physical examinations to diagnose various spine, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Carry out consultations, educate people on their conditions and enroll patients for the desired advanced non-surgical treatment programs.
- Conduct online and offline webinars for group communities/individuals/corporates and create awareness.
- Take part in video and content creation to generate awareness and improve patient flow.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for integrated care
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture correction, and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in clinical audits,



case discussions, and internal training programs
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and research

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in pain management or orthopedic physiotherapy
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy, spinal decompression, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation protocols
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and patient-handling skills
- Certification in advanced physiotherapy techniques is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
