About the Role
We’re looking for an Product Engineering Lead to lead the technical direction of our systems
while managing and growing a 100+ members engineering team. This role sits at the intersection
of architecture, execution, and people leadership. You’ll define scalable technical solutions,
guide engineers through complex decisions, and ensure teams deliver reliable, high-quality
software.
This is a hands-on leadership role you’ll be involved in system design and key technical
decisions, while also coaching engineers and owning delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Architecture & Technical Leadership
ï‚· Define and evolve system architecture to support scalability, reliability, and performance
ï‚· Lead design reviews and technical decision-making across teams for product
development
ï‚· Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions
ï‚· Identify and manage technical debt and architectural risks
ï‚· Set engineering standards and best practices
People & Delivery Management
ï‚· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software leads/engineers
ï‚· Support career growth through regular feedback, coaching, and performance management
ï‚· Own team planning,
execution, and delivery commitments
Hands-on Contribution (as needed)
ï‚· Contribute to code reviews and critical implementations
ï‚· Step in on complex or high-risk technical areas
ï‚· Guide debugging and incident response when needed
What We’re Looking For
ï‚· 15+ years of qualified software engineering experience
ï‚· 5+ years in a technical leadership, architect, or engineering management role
ï‚· Strong experience designing and evolving distributed systems
ï‚· Proven ability to balance architectural thinking with delivery realities across domains
(Automobile, Manufacturing etc.)
Nice to Have
ï‚· Experience leading multi-team or platform-level architecture
ï‚· Experience in Automobile domain programs
ï‚· Background in cloud-native systems and infrastructure
