Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech, Education, or Service Industry sales with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the admissions and sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Monitor team performance and lead conversions.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic teams.




- Handle customer enquiries and escalations.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance records.
- Recruit and develop high-performing team members.

Skills Required

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or Service Industry sales preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
