- As a Sales & Customer Support , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service before, during, and after their purchase. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers with inquiries, recommend suitable products and services, manage sales opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels. You will communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other digital platforms, helping them with product information, quotations, bookings, order updates, issue resolution, and after-sales support. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
