We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leave management.
Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund documentation.
Prepare HR letters, and other employee-related documents.
Coordinate employee exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with good HR knowledge may also apply).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of statutory compliances.
Familiarity with HRMS or attendance management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
