Job Description
REQUIRED CIVIL ENGINEER WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS & CONCRETE FLOORING
Experience Required : 4-5 Years.
- To supervise civil works such as Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc.
- Execution & Planning of all the site civil work
- Ensuring the quality of construction &Materials;
- Project work scheduling and maintaining the project Deadlines
- Bill checking/bill certification
- Coordination with Engineers/Sub Contractors /Surveyors
- Ensuring Quality, Workplace and Safety
- Monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc.
- Responsible for achieve the target with time schedule.
- Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in BOQ.
- Structure, concrete work & Drawings
- Planning , Monitoring Progress
- To check for proper stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site.
