We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our B2B Sales team in Karnal. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Travel Insurance products to B2B travel agents, travel agencies, tour operators and other travel partners. Candidates with prior experience in Travel, Tourism, Insurance or B2B Sales will be preferred. However, freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and manage relationships with travel agents and B2B partners.
- Generate new business by onboarding travel agencies and travel partners.
- Promote and sell Travel Insurance products to B2B clients.
- Make regular calls and follow-ups with existing and potential agents.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, pricing and processes to partners. - Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing B2B partners and generate repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities in Karnal and nearby markets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records.
Candidate Requirements - Graduate candidates may apply.
- Experienced candidates as well as freshers can apply.
- Experience in Travel, Insurance, B2B Sales or Travel Agency business will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and email.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Candidates with an existing network of travel agents will be preferred.
