Certification : CKA or EX280(Mandatory)

Shift:24*7 (rotational shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advanced L2 support for Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving pods, deployments, networking, routing, and storage.
- Perform detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis), implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor cluster health using built‑in observability tools and must-gather packages.
- Manage deployments, scaling, rollouts, and application lifecycle operations.
- Collaborate with L1, developers, and cross‑functional teams for issue resolution.




- Manage multi‑cluster environments using OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
- Maintain system security alignment with SCCs, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
- Support rolling upgrades, patching, cluster maintenance, and high‑availability operations

Core Technical Skills Required

- Pods, ReplicaSets, Deployments, StatefulSets
- Services (ClusterIP, NodePort, LoadBalancer) & Routes
- Namespaces, RBAC, SCCs
- Operators & OLM
- Ingress, HAProxy (Routes), NetworkPolicies
- PV/PVC, StorageClasses
- HPA, scaling strategies
