Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

- 10+2, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales,



or customer support (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
