Job Title: Taxation Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (No bar for deserving candidates)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Taxation Executive to manage direct and indirect tax compliances, statutory filings, reconciliations, and audit support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Income Tax and GST regulations, ensure timely compliance, and coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and file TDS returns accurately within prescribed timelines.
- Monitor TDS deductions, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and issue Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Assist in corporate tax computations and advance tax calculations.
- Handle income tax notices, assessments, and departmental queries.
- Coordinate with tax consultants for income tax matters and compliance.

GST Compliance:

- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Perform GST reconciliations with books of accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and compliance.
- Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental communications.
- Ensure compliance with E-Way Bill regulations and GST documentation requirements.

Audit & Documentation:

- Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and internal audits.
- Maintain accurate tax records, supporting documents, and compliance files.
- Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws, rules, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Prepare MIS reports and tax-related reports for management review.




- Maintain compliance calendars and monitor statutory due dates.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and tax authorities to ensure smooth compliance processes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, notifications, and amendments and assess their impact on business operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in taxation and statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling tax reconciliations, notices, and assessments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP systems, and tax compliance portals.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
