About Athisya Foundation:

Athisya Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare, community development, fundraising, and ground initiatives across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and lead fundraising drives, donor engagement campaigns, and community events across Tamil Nadu.
- Build robust relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and local stakeholders.
- Plan and execute local welfare projects, field activities, and awareness programs.
- Maintain transparent donor records, financial logs, and daily progress reports.

Requirements:

- Experience or strong interest in fundraising, NGO operations, event management, or sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (spoken and written).
- Willingness to coordinate remote tasks and attend local project events as required.




- Self-motivated with a strong drive for social impact.
