Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management tools Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology Perform functional, regression, and system testing for Salesforce (SFDC) applications Validate Salesforce CRM modules including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (as applicable) Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories Conduct backend testing using SQL for data validation and data integrity checks Perform integration testing across SFDC and external systems Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for requirement clarification Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution cycles Ensure adherence to test processes and quality standards
