We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and become the voice of our brand.

Location: South Delhi / Gurgaon
Role Type: In-person
Compensation: ₹15,000/month + ₹5,000 performance bonus

What you’ll do:

- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other support channels
- Provide quick, friendly, and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Manage order-related queries, updates, and complaints
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and brand values

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks
- Prior customer support experience is a plus
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
