Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver the Cambridge Soft Skills & Employability Program. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English communication, excellent presentation skills, and experience in training students or professionals to enhance their employability and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver Cambridge Soft Skills & Employability training programs through offline classroom sessions.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training on professional behaviours, employability, and workplace skills.
- Train participants in business communication, presentation skills, and public speaking.
- Facilitate sessions on teamwork, leadership, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct resume-building workshops, group discussions, and mock interview sessions.
- Assess learners through activities, assignments, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Track learner progress and maintain training documentation.
- Collaborate with academic, placement, and operations teams to ensure effective program delivery.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Employability Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation,



and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in delivering employability orstudents training programs is preferred.
- Cambridge certification or Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an added advantage.
