About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Analytics, along with a solid understanding of emerging search trends such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, optimizing website performance, and supporting digital growth strategies for both internal projects and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple projects and websites.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for improved rankings.
- Implement effective off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.

Technical & Analytical SEO

- Conduct website audits and identify technical SEO improvements.
- Analyze website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs through regular reporting.
- Work closely with developers and content teams to improve site performance and indexing.

Content & Search Optimization

- Optimize existing content and provide SEO recommendations for new content creation.
- Implement SEO best practices aligned with modern search behavior and AI-driven search experiences.
- Stay updated with evolving trends including:
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- AI Search & Featured Snippets Optimization





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Local SEO
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Keyword research tools
- Basic knowledge of:
- HTML
- CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Website architecture and indexing
- Experience in website audits and SEO reporting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content promotion strategies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of AI-powered search ecosystems and modern SEO frameworks.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior analysis.
