- High-Level Technical knowledge in understanding all type of Engineering Drawings i.e. Civil / Telecom / Structural / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Drafting experience & skills in AutoCAD. Should have experience in drafting the Wireless Telecom Tower sites (Preliminary design drawings, Final construction drawings, As-Built drawings for 4G/5G, etc.)
- GIS experience will be considered as an added skill only but not a requirement in this case.
Job Description
- Plan, organize and manage work plans of the CAD project team.
- Manage project budget, resource identification, and schedule for the CAD team.
- Provide guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
- Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.
- Manage CAD hardware and software systems for the drafting team.
- Work with Engineering Lead regarding technical issues, training, and other CAD system issues.
- Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
- Identify opportunities and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.
- Recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs.
- Hire, train, and supervise CAD users in core application skills and standards.
- Evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance, and productivity.
- Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
- Report keeping and sharing as per the organization structure
- Attending meeting by internal management team and clients as scheduled
- Ensure project documentation and contracts are in compliance with the standards set forth by the Project stakeholders.
