About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply, if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
