Experience: 12–15 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical

*Key Responsibilities*

- Manage overall CNC & VMC production operations.
- Achieve production targets and ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle production planning, manpower, and machine utilization.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Purchase teams.
- Reduce rejection, downtime, and production losses.
- Lead and develop the production team.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Prepare production MIS and report directly to Management.

*Required Skills*

- Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machining.
- Team handling and production planning.
- Process improvement and problem-solving.




- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
