- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow ITSM.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and their application within IT service management solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
