We are looking for a Purchase & Planning Executive with at least 2 years of experience in procurement and planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP MM, vendor management, procurement planning, and negotiation. Exposure to sourcing activities and technical knowledge related to industrial drawings, pipes, fittings, and equipment used in the gas industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle procurement and material planning activities.
* Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
* Identify and develop current suppliers for cost-effective sourcing. (Preferred)
* Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement based on production requirements.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
* Maintain procurement records and prepare MIS reports.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase and Planning.
* Hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
Technical Knowledge
* Ability to read and understand industrial drawings.
* Knowledge of different types of pipes, pipe fittings, valves, and related components.
* Familiarity with equipment used in the gas industry.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
