We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, purchase order processing, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Create, process, and track purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and operational records.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth material flow.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–10 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or supply chain operations.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
