About the Program

The Crimson Teacher Development Program (CTDP) is a 1-year, on-site paid internship designed for aspiring teachers who are passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on classroom experience. Participants will teach alongside experienced educators while receiving structured training, mentorship, and professional development.

Eligibility

- 2nd Year students pursuing a 2-Year B.Ed.
- 3rd Year students pursuing an Integrated 4-Year B.Ed.

Important: This is an on-site residential internship. Please apply only if you do not have mandatory daily college attendance and can commit to the full 1-year program.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist teachers in classroom instruction and student engagement.
- Support lesson planning and classroom management.
- Participate in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Learn and implement effective teaching methodologies.




- Attend training sessions and mentorship programs throughout the internship.
