Job Description:
�� Under general direction, provides counselling in the areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection and career planning related Team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
�� Counsel students & working professionals for our various Distance Education Programs.
�� Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by company.
�� Generate leads for admission, Follow-ups for admissions & closure.
�� Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student/ working professionals.
�� Arrange meetings with relevant people in medium and large seminars and pitch our Management Programs for their employees.
�� Delivery of Sales targets in performance driven competitive environment
�� Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status
�� Handling walk-ins & counselling,
recent registrations
�� Managing the data in our own software.
�� Coordinating with students for all admission related documents.

�� Good English language ability

�� Ability to speak clearly and articulately
�� Patience
�� Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm
�� Should be able to convert the inquiries into admissions
�� Candidates with innovative approach and excellence in Career counselling.
�� Maintaining regular communication with the students for coordinating admission activities.
