QREC Clinical Research LLP is a rapidly growing Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in Clinical Research, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Healthcare Analytics. We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and career-driven professionals to join our Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Process Associate. This role offers an excellent prospect for fresh graduates and experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the clinical research industry while working on national and international healthcare projects.

As a Clinical Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting clinical research operations, maintaining study documentation, coordinating with internal teams, assisting in medical writing and publication support activities, tracking project progress, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess robust English communication skills (written and verbal), good computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent analytical and documentation abilities, and a willingness to build a long-term career in the CRO industry.

Required Skills

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Clinical Research and ICH-GCP guidelines (preferred)
- Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to build a career in the Clinical Research/CRO industry

Preferred Experience

- Candidates with prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), or Site Executive will be preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Clinical Data Management, or Publication Support will have an added advantage.
