Key Responsibilities

- Document Analysis: Carefully review applicant documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, passports, degrees) for signs of tampering, forgery, or discrepancies.
- Information Cross-Checking: Verify data against internal company databases, public records, or third-party background screening tools.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate digital logs or Management Information System (MIS) trackers detailing the status of all verifications.
- Discrepancy Management: Escalate mismatched, invalid, or suspicious documents to risk or compliance departments.
- Client Communication:



Follow up with candidates or clients via email or phone to request missing documents or clarify information.
- Data Security: Adhere strictly to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor inconsistencies in data, dates, and document formatting.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort using basic office tools like MS Excel, email clients, and specialized document management or CRM systems.
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
