We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can do more than create beautiful spaces. We need someone who can lead a team, inspire creativity, confidently present ideas, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Salary scale- 35000( Three month's probation period)

After evaluate then salary increment

Office time :9:30 to 6 pm

*Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and train the design team while maintaining the highest design standards.
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, aspirations, and project requirements.
- Develop innovative concept designs for premium residential interiors.
- Prepare compelling design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Present design concepts confidently and guide clients through design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with project managers, production, and installation teams.
- Ensure every design is functional, technically feasible, and aligned with Grande Signature's quality standards.
- Stay updated with international design trends, materials, technologies,



and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Experience leading or mentoring a design team is preferred.
- Strong conceptual design, space planning, and detailing skills.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of premium materials, finishes, hardware, modular kitchens, and wardrobe systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
- A passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
