- Prepare architectural drawings including:
- Site Plans
- Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Working Drawings
- GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings
- Municipal Submission Drawings
- As-Built Drawings
- Prepare and revise municipal approval drawings as per DCPR/UDCPR regulations.
- Develop drawings for submissions to Municipal Corporations and other statutory authorities.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Project Managers, and Clients.
- Prepare area statements, parking layouts, FSI calculations, setback calculations, and building data.
- Handle liaisoning work with Municipal Corporations, Fire Department, Town Planning Authorities, Airport Authority, Environment Department, and other government agencies.
- Prepare and process documents for:
- Building Permission
- Commencement Certificate (CC)
- Intimation of Disapproval (IOD)
- Occupancy Certificate (OC)
- Completion Certificate
- Various NOCs and statutory approvals
- Modify drawings based on authority observations and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and coordination with execution teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable Development Control Regulations (DCPR/UDCPR)



and local building bye-laws.
- Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and submission records.
- Coordinate with liaisoning teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Assist in project planning, tender documentation, and technical coordination.
- Guide and mentor junior draughtsmen and CAD operators.
- Ensure timely completion of drawings while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of DCPR, UDCPR, Building Bye-laws, FSI calculations, setbacks, and municipal norms.
- Experience in preparing municipal approval drawings.
- Knowledge of liaisoning procedures with government authorities.
- Familiarity with PREDCR/AutoDCR is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and PDF editing software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
