Purchase Engineer – HVAC / Cleanroom / Turnkey Projects

Location: Pune
Experience: 1–4 Years

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement for HVAC, Cleanroom, and Turnkey projects. The role includes material planning, vendor development, price negotiation, order follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure materials as per BOQs, engineering drawings, and project specifications.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with design, project, stores, logistics, and accounts teams.
- Reduce procurement costs and lead times without compromising quality.
- Maintain purchase documentation and track vendor performance.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E. Mechanical:



1–2 years of relevant experience, or
- Diploma Mechanical: 3–4 years of procurement/vendor-development experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Cleanroom, or Turnkey project materials is preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication, analytical, and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement software will be an advantage.
