The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sales-related interactions, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and understand customer requirements
- Convert leads into sales through timely follow-ups and effective closing
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads and address customer concerns
- Resolve existing customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Complete KYC verification for new and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales-oriented mindset and customer-handling skills
- Ability to meet or exceed targets
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
