Position Title: Service Engineer

Reporting To: Service Manager

Role Overview

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS/OCEMS), Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AQMS), and Water Quality Monitoring Systems. The role ensures uptime, compliance with CPCB/SPCB norms, and customer satisfaction through timely service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Commissioning
- Install, configure, and commission pollution monitoring systems (SO₂, NOx, CO, CO₂, PM2.5, PM10, Flow, pH, COD, etc.).
- Integrate analyzers with DAHS/PLC/SCADA systems.
- Calibration & Maintenance
- Perform routine calibration (zero/span checks, QAL2/QAL3, drift checks).
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for NDIR, Beta-ray, Chemiluminescence, TOC, and water quality analyzers.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose technical faults and restore systems within minimal downtime.
- Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain logbooks, calibration certificates,



service reports, and AMC documentation.
- Ensure systems meet CPCB/SPCB/USEPA/EN norms during audits and inspections.
- Customer Engagement
- Train operators and plant staff on system operation & basic troubleshooting.
- Support AMC/CMC contracts and build strong client relationships.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid understanding of environmental monitoring principles (CEMS, AQMS,).
- Hands-on experience with analyzers: NDIR, Beta-ray attenuation, Chemiluminescence, DO, BOD, COD, pH, turbidity sensors.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards: CPCB guidelines, EN 14181, ISO 17025, USEPA certifications.
- Proficiency in PLC/SCADA/IoT systems and data handling (RS232, Modbus, TCP/IP).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
