Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant with 1–2 years of hospital experience to support consultants in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist consultants during patient examinations, procedures, and ward rounds.
- Assess patients, record medical history, and document clinical findings.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the treating physician.
- Coordinate diagnostic tests, investigations, and follow-up care.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure support.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).




- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and medications.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing and allied healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in emergency care and other clinical responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hospital experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
