About the Role:
Ray Business Technologies (RBT) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and strategic account management, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across global markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Manage complex sales opportunities in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close high-value deals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.




- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen RBT's market presence.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to overall sales excellence.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services or Digital Transformation sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, Digital Experience Platforms, Managed Services, or Enterprise Applications.
- Robust consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Excellent account management, business development, and relationship-building capabilities.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology.
- Experience working with global clients across North America, EMEA, or APAC is preferred.
